I guess it is a common tension in the lives of students of School of Open Learning, DU. There is always a tension in our minds about the exam dates, results, study material etc.
School of Open Learning's website is gives the information but it is one sided, they say but not listen. It is not possible for students(mostly working/ outside Delhi) to go to North/South Campus each time to get information or some simple queries answered.
So, the point I am trying to make here is that, if we form an active community it would be of great benefit to us students. Main aim is to fulfill our needs by sharing information. Because
"Nobody knows everything but everybody knows something"
So please come forward and contribute in this initiative, to form such destination/meeting point for SOL students. Where we can
- Create an online community of students, alumni of School of Open Learning.
- Discuss our problems. (This year minimum percentage was raised to 40 % against a simple pass (33%) required till last year. 3000-4000 students were not able to take admission due to this, need to re-define "Open" Learning?)
- Get informed about important dates like fees deposition, filling up exam forms, new admissions.
- Share information( Study material, Previous Years' Papers, Books, Notes)
- Guidance (Seniors/alumni can always be helpful in guiding students, as we have very less exposure to teachers/classes)

If not then, visit this link and register on SOL website : http://solticket.du.ac.in/SOLSite/Stud_Profile.aspx
Once you have registered and logged into SOL website, visit the "Change Address" link on right hand site. Right there you can change you contact details.

i got a job in BPO they are demanding Original marksheet
and gave the one month time but after that they will ask me to leave. i'll get unemployed after long time i got a job
